Designing ecology

There is no doubt that the presence of natural greenery in shared spaces not only plays a key role in improving the quality of life for users but also significantly contributes to environmental protection. This health- and eco-friendly trend in the real estate market can take various forms, and all indications suggest that we can expect its further evolution in the near future.

For example, at Olivia Centre, green spaces have been expanding year by year, including pocket gardens filling the areas between the buildings of the complex. The very first stage of implementation demonstrated that these spaces have become favorite gathering spots for employees during their work breaks while also significantly enhancing the quality of the shared areas within Poland's largest business center.

We are moving towards creating small gardens that foster social interactions, complementing the previously established green spaces with a fountain and relaxation areas on the grass, where deck chairs are placed during the summer. These areas have already provided the perfect conditions for organizing community-building events. In our latest developments, we are focusing on more compact spaces filled with taller greenery, offering areas for tranquility and relaxation.

The concept of greening Olivia and designing welcoming spaces in the spirit of biophilic design is, of course, overseen by Design Anatomy.
