Design Anatomy once again recognized in the prestigious International Property Awards! Our design for Bayer’s office, located in Gdańsk’s Olivia Centre, has been awarded Best Office Interior Poland in the European Property Awards 2025–2026. This distinction is the result of close collaboration between the teams at Bayer, Design Anatomy, and Construction+.
The jury praised the architectural concept for its fusion of a contemporary approach to functional workplace design with a deep respect for local heritage. The project not only supports the daily work of Bayer’s teams but also embraces the rhythms of the day – movement, social interaction, communication, and moments of rest. The interior subtly echoes the character of Oliwa, one of Gdańsk’s most beautiful districts. A warm palette of rusts and greens evokes the landscape of the Tricity Landscape Park and the area’s distinctive architecture. The entire project was designed and delivered in a less-waste spirit, aligning seamlessly with Bayer’s global Next Normal Office Concept, focused on creating employee-friendly work environments, as well as with the company’s broader sustainability goals.
The International Property Awards are among the most renowned distinctions in the global architecture and real-estate community – an international symbol of quality. Established in 1993 in London, the competition has grown to worldwide prominence, attracting leading design studios from across the globe. Today, awards are presented across regions including Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
The official awards gala took place on 23 October 2025 in London. For us, this recognition is a tremendous honor and a reaffirmation that creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user needs are values that consistently stand the test of time.
